As Project Manager for Universal Studios Planning and Development, Utopia CEO Norm Kahn produced and managed this water-based live action stunt spectacular.  Norm was instrumental in overseeing final designs, installation, programming and rehearsals for this world famous show which remains a highlight for guests at the park.
