Utopia is once again partnering with SeaWorld San Diego to bring forth their inaugural Howl-O-Scream ticketed Halloween event with 3 Haunted Houses, 6 Scare Zones, 4 Roaming Haunts, and Terrifying Performances with zombie DJs and party zones.
